The MVH500AH is a lightweight head with a wider platform for HDSLR bodies which has a sliding plate which travels to balance the latest interchangeable lens cameras. The entry-level 500 ensures smooth shots and fine control with up to 5kg (11lbs) of equipment. It’s the most compact head in Manfrotto's successful Bridging Technology™ range and it replaces the Manfrotto 701HDV video head.
Beautifully smooth shots: the 500 has professional fluid cartridges on both pan and tilt axes to ensure that every camera movement is smooth, controlled and precise. Faster, easier and safer to use: the side lock system allows the camera and sliding QR plate to click quickly into the head from above, instead of needing to be aligned and slid in from the back. No secondary safety lock is necessary. The side lock system also makes it quicker and simpler to lift the camera out of the head from above.
The 500 has a pre-set counterbalance of 2.4kg (5.3 lbs), but is able to support equipment of up to 5kg (11 lbs). The 500 has one Easy Link 3/8” connector to allow an external monitor or other accessory equipment to be fitted. Warranty: 2 Years + 8 Year Extension
This product has a standard 2-year warranty with Manfrotto, which assures that it is fit for use and is covered against manufacturing defects for that period of time. However, if you register your product online at warranty manfrotto.com, they will extend the warranty by an additional 8 years. Registration is totally free and only takes a few moments. The Buy Now Pay Later option comprises a 36 month loan following a six month deferral period. No deposit is required on this loan although an optional deposit payment of not less than 10% of the total amount may be made if you choose.
No repayments are scheduled in the initial six month deferral period. Barclays Partner Finance will send an account confirmation letter approximately four weeks after delivery of the goods, confirming that the account has been activated and, from this point, it is possible to make prepayments against the loan.
During the twelve month deferral period, it is possible to pay off the loan, either by way of a lump sum or in smaller amounts. If the loan is fully repaid within the twelve month deferral period, then no interest is payable, however a £29 early settlement fee is payable in respect of repayments within this twelve month period.
Such repayments may be made to Barclays Partner Finance by cheque, debit card or standing order. Unfortunately it is not possible to set up a direct debit within the deferral period.

Following the twelve month deferral period, Barclays Partner Finance will initiate a monthly direct debit payment for the remaining duration of the loan. Interest will be charged at a rate of 29.9% APR on outstanding balances (backdated to the first date of the loan). Late payment penalties and early repayment charges will apply from this point.
Barclays Partner Finance will send a reminder letter approximately one month before the twelve month deferral period is due to elapse.

How do I set up a Finance application and how long will it take? Where available, the option to apply for finance will be shown as a payment option during the checkout process or just call 01684 575486 and ask for Sales
Applications can also be made over the telephone or in person in our showroom. Our financing partner will endeavour to give an immediate decision on applications made online but, in some circumstances, such applications may be referred for further review prior to a decision being made. If you choose to apply for finance online, the delivery date selected earlier in the checkout process may not apply. Your delivery date may be later due to the time required to process your financing application. In these circumstances, we will contact you to confirm the expected delivery date of your order.
Where can finance orders be delivered to? Finance orders can be only be delivered to your billing address. What information will I need to provide when applying for finance? My application was approved but my order has not been dispatched?
Once your application is approved, you should receive two emails from Barclays Partner Finance. One with a link (in order to e-sign the application) and the other which contains a unique password. Once you complete the e-sign, your application then moves to Barclays security team who carry out the final checks.
Once Barclays approve the agreement, they will notify us that we can dispatch the goods. During busy periods this can take a couple of days. Wex will dispatch the goods as soon as we receive the notification from Barclays but are unable to dispatch goods before. How will my repayments be collected?
Your first installment will be collected by Direct Debit 30 days after shipment of the product. Further information on how to make such repayments will be set out in the loan agreement pack provided by Barclays Partner Finance. APPLYING FOR FINANCE Interest Free Credit Plus This is an interest free revolving credit account where you spread the cost of your purchases over the same number of months each time you spend *Credit is subject to age and status. You must agree to the lender’s Terms and Conditions and electronically sign the Credit Agreement document before we can release the goods to you. INFORMATION REQUIRED During the loan application process you will be asked for your personal information such as name, 3 year address history, date of birth, email and telephone contact details and employment/income information. If you are accepted you will also need a credit or debit card registered to you at your address on the credit application so that the lender can carry out an electronic identity check. PROCESSING TIME With most applications we expect that you will be given an acceptance or decline decision within 10-20 seconds. In some cases the lender may return the decision as ‘referred’.
You will then receive an email with further instructions once the underwriters have made a decision. For in store applications you can usually wait in the shop whilst the underwriters review your application. Underwriting hours are between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank holidays), 9am and 6pm on Saturday, and 10am and 5pm on Sunday. If your application is referred outside of these hours then you may have to wait until the next working day for the decision. DELIVERY For finance orders made online or via mail order we are only able to deliver the goods to the address on your credit agreement (your home address). You will not be able to have the goods shipped to another address or collect the goods from us in person. RETURNS & CANCELLATION PROCEDURE If you wish to return the order then please refer to our returns policy. If we accept your return we will contact the lender to cancel the credit agreement. DECLINED CREDIT APPLICATIONS You will be informed of the decision if the lender declines your application, the lender in unable to share the reason for decline with us. Applications are usually declined for reasons such as: you do not meet the eligibility criteria (see above); adverse credit reference agency information; your credit score; you are considered to be overcommitted; or your existing account performance with other lenders. The lender will give you the contact details for the credit reference agency used. They will also give you information on how to appeal the decision if you wish to discuss the matter.
Please note that the lender is unable to discuss this over the telephone due to Data Protection rules.
